Named for the beautiful waters of the Turks And Caicos Islands, Turquoise Water Villa is located in the beautiful and serene neighborhood of Chalk Sound, in close proximity to the beautiful and well known Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. The space The interior of Turquoise Water Villa is open, spacious, modern and airy. You will never run out of space. The property has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a jacuzzi tub. The second (2) full bathroom features a shower/tub with all the necessities. The dazzling waters of the Chalk Sound Creek is a few steps away. Enjoy the huge back yard porch where you can rest and relax on the patio furniture while grilling your favorite foods. A well-equipped kitchen with a bar opens into the living room, dining room and breakfast/kitchen nook. Guest access The entire rental space is available to guests. Even the coconuts and papaya on the coconut trees are free to guests. Other things to note There is an additional charge of 12% for local Government tax on all reservations which is mandatory and payable to the Turks & Caicos Islands Government. Property manager resides in an apartment on property with separate entrance. A cleaning fee of US$150.00 If mid-week cleaning is required there will be an additional charge of US$100.00 Kindly note that the beach essentials provided are towels and an ice cooler. Please bring anything that you would like to have/use (e.g. snorkeling gears, etc.). Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from vendors.
