No access to the main level of the house Other things to note Smoking inside the house, including any form of smoke such as cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, or shisha/hookah, is strictly prohibited. Please stay away 12’ -16’ from entrances (back / front ) Any evidence of smoking indoors or leaving cigarette butts around the property will result in fines: $100 for cigarette butts found on the lawn and around the exterior, and $500 for smoking indoors. We have smoke detector in the house and hallway which is connected to our security system. When they detect smoke, they will run the alarm and send fire department to the house. If by any chance you do not obey the rule and smoke inside/close to entrance of the house we will charge you the fee of fire department
