Enjoy easy access to all things OK State from this perfectly located home right at the edge of Greek Row. The Walnut House is situated just a few blocks from the gorgeous Theta Pond! You’ll be right at the edge of all the energy of the OSU campus but easy to escape inside to catch your breath! The excitement of the big win wear you out? Stay out too late? No problem! The entire front part of the house has blackout curtains and white noise machine for a great night’s sleep! Come enjoy!!! The space The 2 front bedrooms have queen size beds, blackout curtains, charging stations, noise machines & remote controlled fans. There’s a bigger bathroom with a large LED makeup mirror and a tub shower. The smaller bathroom in the back has another LED makeup mirror and a shower. The kitchen has all the basics including a Keurig coffee maker and pods. There’s a washer & dryer on site that’s available. Guest access You’ll have the entire house. Other things to note This old girl is a work in progress! She was recently converted, from a very abused long term rental, in the summer of ‘23. We expect you to find wonderful updates each time you come back! Soon the back bedroom should be completed, allowing 2 more to stay! After the back bedroom we will start outside! We have big dreams for her… she holds a very special place in our hearts as this was our newlywed home! Expect fun things to come!
