This RV is a 1994 but in really good shape. Has a bedroom with queen bed, a table that converts to a bed and a couch that folds down into a bed. We just bought this and have it on one of our campsites in the back yard (20 Acres). There is a separate drive to get to it. We still have some work to do as far as installing the fire pit, grill, lawn chairs etc. It is connected to 30 amp service, water is available to it as well but not in the winter.
