Walking distance to local food, breweries, coffee shops & entertainment and less than a mile from the University of Oklahoma. The space has a hand painted sign dating back to the late 1800's on the wall, original hardwood floors & great view of downtown. Vintage arcade games, high end mattresses, furniture & appliances will cater to every need you've got. The space - One private bedroom with a King sized lofted bed , a tuft & needle . - One Queen sized bed in the general loft area , a tempur pedic. - A wine fridge to keep your beverages frosty. - Pac Man & Galaga Arcade game with 99 free plays. (we can always add more) - Reverse Osmosis filter on the kitchen tap. Tasty water! - HEPA Filtration sysyem for the space. - Energy Recovery Ventilation to keep fresh air circulating at all times. - We take cleanliness seriously and Guest access Please only use the front door for access. The back door is a fire exit, but the alarm will sound if opened. Other things to note There is a stairwell up to the second floor to reach the entrance.
