It sits atop 11 acres of land with on-property access to Crooked Creek, a rainbow trout Lake Erie tributary. Enjoy your days at local beaches & parks and your evenings fireside or in the comfort of your fully equipped private suite. The Lodge is a 2022 Preserve Erie Award winner for the adaptive reuse of the school house. The Lodge sits in a rural setting with easy access to Rts 79/90. The space Creekside has private kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner cook top and k cup coffee maker. Plenty of space to relax and eat in Dining/Living room combo with lots of windows and ceiling fan. Bedroom has window AC, ceiling fan, new queen bed, dresser and hanging space. Bathroom has full shower with glass door. Guest access Each suite is private. Lobby and exterior amenities are shared.
