It is a small apartment located on the 2nd floor of the family home. It is safe, private and independent. It has a terrace where you can read and sunbathe. Inside there is an entrance hall, bedroom and bathroom. For air conditioning it has Split (the outdoor unit is far from the apartment) and fans. The outer door is secure. There is permanent hot and cold water with central system. It has a refrigerator, mirrors and furniture. Here you will find maximum comfort. The space The house is located in a quiet and central area, very close to the city's central park, Céspedes Park, in the historic center of Santiago de Cuba. In its surroundings you will find places of tourist importance such as the Casa Granda and Imperial Hotels. It has access to different money banks, Currency Exchange Offices, Western Union Agency, Travel Booking and Tourism Information Offices, Car and Taxi Booking, and Wi-Fi Internet Zones. It is easy to reach different places of fun, gastronomic, museums, religious and cultural centers where you can enjoy Cuban music, such as Casa de la Trova, Casa de la Música, Terraces with live music, restaurants and private bars. The house is located just a few steps away from Enramadas Street; central and pedestrian street where different shops are located. Due to its proximity you can also reach the port area with a beautiful pier that, during the day, enjoys the wonderful view of the bay of Santiaguera and, in the evenings, the exceptional climate. In our house you can receive suggestions and guidance about places that may be of interest to you. We offer the optional service of private taxi and laundry, as well as gastronomic, telephone, tourist orientation about the city among others... We treasure 17 years in the activity of renting to foreign tourism, so we have experience in caring for guests who arrive at our house, in group and individually, making them feel at ease during their stay in Santiago de Cuba. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, lounge and dining room of the main house being these common areas between guests and us. During your stay Our family cares for guests when they need it most. Entrance takes place through the front door of the house, and they head to the apartments through the central area towards the staircase that leads them to their reserved space. The grandmother of the house, very familiar with the history of Santiaguera, is pleased to interact with guests as a historian of the city. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are optional, we offer quality food at good prices.
