Sea Breeze Villa
My place is within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, family-friendly activities, attractions, and grocery stores. You’ll love the comfort of my house. The neighborhood is quiet, people are friendly, the island ambiance is relaxed, and beaches are simply the best. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two very comfortable outdoor patios which are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or lounging before the day's adventures. My house is a large one bedroom that is very spacious, roomy, and welcoming. There are two couches as well as a queen size air mattress for extra quests if needed. I have two outside terraces, one very shady and breezy, and the other comfortable with a nice calming view of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Marrten. Sea Feathers is known as a very quiet and nice neighborhood where many professional people live. Sandy Hill Beach is within walking distance. Towards the north there are blow holes and sink holes along the oceans edge. As a guest, you will be able to use the whole house. There are two parking spots in front and plenty of space to relax and enjoy Anguilla. I am a full time teacher but will be able to help if needed during your stay via email or text through whats app. I also have a list of contacts if needed while you are on island. It is simple to notify your cell phone service of your overseas travel to set up a plan while in Anguilla. I pay $10 a day for an overseas service while I am on island. Sea Feathers is an area of land that was given to Anguilla from the Queen of England and use to be a small resort. Some people call Sea Feathers "Queens Land". It is a very peaceful, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Many professionals live in this area. It is safe to jog, walk, and hike to the nearby blow holes and secluded beaches on the windward side of the island. Sandy Hill Beach is very close and is a dreamy place to explore in the morning or evening hours. There is a bus service which is established more for the medical students attending St. James Medical School. I recommend renting a car so you can visit this small island and explore all the amazing beaches. Maps are available online as well as at any car rental. www.anguillabeaches.com is a very up to date website that offers suggestions for destinations and vacation planning. Remember to drive on the left side of the road as you get around the island. I find this to be hardest when you are pulling out of a parking lot. The weather is usually 85 degrees daily. The rain showers come and go within minutes during the fall. During hurricane season, it is possible to have a tropical wave pass by creating a lot of much needed precipitation. People are friendly on the island and are happy to help if you need directions or suggestions. Renting a car creates a much better vacation since there are 33 beaches to explore!
