The 3 bedrooms and bathroom with a tub is located on the second floor. All bedrooms has lots of sun light and view for the backyard. Basement is fully finished and with a lot of windows facing the backyard that provides a lot of natural light. The second full bathroom and a laundry room is also located on the bottom floor.
