Relax and fall in love with the wrap-around porch. Mosey through the four-acre property and have a fire under the stars. Nestled in Penns Valley you'll be less than 10 minutes to world class fly fishing, hiking, Penns Cave, a brewery, coffee shops and a winery. Beaver stadium is 21.5 mi. The space This house is built to take in the outdoors no matter the time of year! With a large first floor deck, upstairs balcony, covered entryway porch, and plenty of windows to take in the forest light. The grounds offer a forested picnic table, meadow fire pit, and outdoor shower. Downstairs is open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, large dining room table, and cozy seating area. The two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace, and daybed with pop-up trundle. The recently renovated master bathroom has a soaker tub overlooking the beautiful forest trees below. Also upstairs is the cozy reading nook in the loft, complete with a well-lit workspace and foldable twin mattress. Guest access Guests have access to the the entire house, outdoor shower, wooded lot, and open meadow with fire pit. Basement and garage are off limits. Other things to note ***Due to the rural location of the home, we are not able to offer WIFI or TV at this time. Cell phones have full service and in our experience, phone hotspots for verizon and sprint are able to support web-surfing and basic streaming.***
