Rest n Renew Twin @ Robin's
A small stylish space with a twin bed to lay your head after a long day. It has a desk, cube refrigerator, 4 cup drip coffee maker and windows overlooking the gardens. A large shared bath used only by guests. This space is great to add to the available Suite or as a less expensive option while visiting nearby, we are close to UConn main campus, 20 minutes from Downtown Hartford, 30 minutes to Groton. The space This is a small private bedroom on the second floor. The full bath is accessible from the hall, a few steps away, and although it is not used by the owner it is shared by any and all guests. This space is not handicap accessible. Guest access Kitchen & Laundry privilege's are only available for extended stay and at an additional fee with prior notice. These spaces are not available while I am with clients as it can be disruptive. A sign will be used to signal the need for privacy during business hours. During your stay For guests requesting breakfast during their stay, rather than build it into the cost, I prefer to make it upon request. Food requests can be available with advanced notice, otherwise local fresh eggs, fruit, vegetables, some harvested from my gardens & always espresso, latte or tea. Organic, gluten free & local when available. Other things to note I am a holistic health practitioner and I have rooms on the first floor dedicated to that business. I ask that during the day that the house remain respectfully quiet to accommodate those clients. This home is also a chemical free space, meaning I avoid perfume, chemical fragrance, scented detergent, etc. No plug-ins here only high quality essential oils. You're welcome to book an optional healing session.
