This magical treehouse is nestled on 1.5 acres of secluded and private beachfront property overlooking Puget sound. Our quiet oasis amongst the lush PNW forest is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway or a solo artists retreat. Whether you're here to explore Vashon or simply need sometime to rejuvenate your soul, our cozy treehouse is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and nature. The space Our property is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and your partner, free from the distractions of the modern day world. This is a semi-off-grid living situation. The treehouse has limited electricity with a few lights and the ability to charge electronic devices. It has a propane heater to warm the space on the cooler days. The treehouse is about a mile down a winding gravel road. During heavy rainfall or freezing temperatures, we recommend a vehicle with 4-wheel drive. The garage door opens up so you can have a spectacular view of the sound and take in the salty fresh air while lounging in the treehouse. We use a composting toilet. An outdoor shower heated by a portable propane tank is available for showering in the summer months. There is potable water on the property. There is no water in the treehouse, but it can be accessed via a hose a few steps away. We have basic kitchen amenities - a single gas range, small fridge, plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There is a very comfortable queen size mattress in the loft. The loft is accessed via a ladder. This property has no wifi, and cell reception can be limited depending on your carrier. If you need internet access, there are plenty of great cafes in town. Use the property as an opportunity to reconnect with nature and yourself. There are numerous walking trails around the property that will take you right down to the beach. Enjoy a campfire steps away from the water in our outdoor firepit. This is NOT a hotel, nor does it come with the amenities of a standard Airbnb. This is a rustic treehouse nestled among second growth Fir trees, perched on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound. This property requires walking on uneven ground and climbing a ladder to get into bed. Accessibility is limited. **We love our property and as such we generally look to share this with people who have at least one good review to show us the guest treat the homes well.
