With 2 bedrooms on the main level, living room, enclosed porch, and a separate bonus area in the basement, there’s lots of room for guests. The 1st bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam mattress. The 2nd bedroom offers a comfortable stay on a full bed. Bonus sleeping area with twin trundle beds is also available in the semi-finished basement. Fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal and guests can enjoy seating for 6+ at the large dining table. The backyard is fully fenced, offering a safe space for children and pets to enjoy. Easy access to I-70, Indiana State University, Rose-Hulman, Deming Park and more. Central A/C unit replaced June 2023 to keep guests cool during our Indiana summers. Guest access Guests have access to the main level of the home, finished basement space and backyard.
