While the house is private, it's minutes from Indian Lake's town center and nearby to all the outdoor activities the Adirondacks has to offer - hiking, fishing, skiing, canoeing/kayaking, whitewater rafting, and more. Gore Mountain is 20 min away. Enjoy the amazing views from the deck, relax in the screened in porch, or head down to the dock to launch a kayak, fish, or swim. The space The house is reverse living, with bedrooms and the main bathroom on the first floor and the open concept living room, kitchen and half bath on the second, with a loft on the third floor. There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and the third with two twins, on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Perfect for little ones who are still in a pack-n-play and need darkness. The master closet is also the access point for the third bedroom. In the loft (not the living room), there is a queen sofa bed, along with a built-in desk - the perfect workspace. Dog-friendly, approval required Guest access You'll have access to the entire house besides the garage. Other things to note The house has two sets of stairs accessible from the living room, along with a wood stove fireplace that gets very hot. The property has direct lake access. Kids are always welcome, but want to make note of these potential hazards.
