Walk, ride or drive to eating and shopping nearby. Wind down with one of our many board games or books. Then shower in our luxury spa-like master bath w/rain head and step out onto heated floors. Your worry-free vacation awaits! The space Open floor plan with master bed/bath on first floor as well as first floor laundry. Second floor features two bedrooms, a loft in the bunk room and a full bath. Master bath floors are heated and has a walk-in spa-like shower. Guest access The house. The lawn. The whole driveway and our 250ft dock (late April-late Sept.) Other things to note Along with our home, we offer the use of 2 paddle boards*, 2 kayaks*, 1 paddle boat*, a free-play arcade with many built-in games, board games and many books! *Water toys are available during summer season. We have high end amenities like heated floors in the master bath, a custom designed and built kitchen. Many small appliances; Keurig single cup, Coffee-Mate coffee maker, waffle iron, crock pot, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster and more! I leave K-cups, tea, cream and sugar on site, along with a welcome package of paper towel, toilet paper, dish washer pods, laundry pods, garbage bags, etc. You really don’t have to worry here while staying in luxury! Note: THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE, PET-FREE PROPERTY, NO EXCEPTIONS! Owner’s private boat is stored on the dock during summer season and may need to be accessed although prior notice would be given if this should occur. *Our cleaning fee includes linen service. We offer linens for all six beds, extra blankets, pillows and pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish towels, and outdoor towels. You are welcome to opt out of linens and bring your own.*
