Well-lit path leads from ample street parking to your door. Guest access Your room and bathroom are for your exclusive use. The front porch of the main house and the back patio may be shared by your host and guests in another unit on the property. There is one laundry room in the house, and your host will almost always be able to do some laundry for you. Although the room itself is on one level, because there are a few steps along the route from the street to the door, it may not be appropriate for those with mobility issues. Other things to note The Highlands is a great neighborhood. Beautiful architecture, excellent food and nightlife, near Churchill Downs and Olmsted parks, close to multiple colleges, seminaries, and hospitals, and just a few minutes from downtown Louisville.
