The space *The 45m2 apartment is optimal, and can communicate upon request with our second one bedroom apartment with garden. It includes 3 interior spaces, a furnished courtyard step-free: *a bright bedroom, two windows, with decor enhanced by the presence of noble wood (local chestnut tree). The workspace has a wired internet connection in addition to wifi for smooth video conferencing. The bed unfolds a mattress made by a local company, ensuring freshness, antibacterial, and ergonomic comfort. Two qualities of pillows available, pure cotton linens. Air conditioning or heating is independent from the rest of the apartment. The room is equipped with shutters, screen, blackout curtains, TV. - The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with two kinds of jets: classic or rain. A hanging toilet, a sink, professional hair dryer, washing machine. - The kitchen dining room, with its custom table in local chestnut and marble is the soul of the apartment. Its hanging vine ensures freshness and a totally local charm. Guest access Our visitors have access to the entire courtyard and apartment. They do not have access to the 2nd floor, either the side part of the house, the land towards the sea bounded by a rope, or the garden at the back of the house.
