Newly Remodeled! *Upstairs* barn apartment stay 1 mile from Litchfield center. Situated halfway between South Farms and the center, across from the famed Arethusa Farm. You’ll be close enough to shops, restaurants, wineries and venues but in a tranquil setting all your own. The space The apartment is an upstairs unit that’s large and private. Guests have access to a table and chairs on the pea gravel patio just outside the door. Note we do not use the table/chairs - that’s yours to use! We have it as *shared* as we occasionally use the walkway to access the studio. We primarily enter through the barn doors. Guest access The whole upstairs apartment, patio area downstairs and surrounding grass on the pea gravel side of the barn as well as the back fields. Other things to note The fields are partially fenced so if your dog is okay off leash, enjoy! NOTE: the neighbors on the other side of the field have free roam chickens. If your dog might be a threat to them, please be mindful of that. Also note there is a lot of wildlife that comes through there including bears, fox, and bobcats. We recommend travel insurance - especially if traveling from far distances. We have a firm cancellation policy and want to be fair to all parties.
