The guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. We are in a historic district and walking distance to Kansas Weslyan University, Methodist church, and a restaurant, convenience store and a bar/restaurant. The space This is an older unique two story home with beautiful original woodwork and architecture. You can enjoy the large covered front porch, relaxing on rocking chairs and an old fashioned porch swing. During your stay Guests can reach me by text if needing anything during their stay. My cell number is available in the room. If they would like to visit for a bit, my front room and front porch are great places to talk. If they just want privacy and rest, their room has a new smart tv, books to read, new window air conditioner, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea, coffee, water and snacks. Other things to note This is a 100 year old home and has it's quirks. We appreciate it for it's uniqueness, even if the water pressure isn't the best in the bathroom sink, the shower is great!
