Old stone house, fully renovated for modern living in quiet neighbourhood with the beach 800 m away. Plenty of walking and biking paths arround (5 bikes included). Easy access to city of Zadar by 20 min ferry or boat trip. Host stays in small guesthouse on the estate for pool cleaning and plant watering, fully respecting guests privacy. No contact needed, unless required. The space Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor give plenty of room for preparing food and socialising. the whole ground floor area is connected to large terrace. One of the bathrooms and the room with washing machine and ironing board is also on the ground floor. On upper floor thare are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is ensuite with the master bedroom). All upper bathrooms have double sinks, bath tubs and shower cabins. Ground floor bathroom only does not have bath tub. Guest access Total space of the house, yard and pool is for the guests only use. Other things to note At the bottom of the yard there is small house with storages for garden and pool tools and bicycles and small studio appertment which is oriented away of the main house, so the house keeps privacy. The host will stay in studio appartment to take daily care of the pool cleaning and flower pots watering. These maintenance activities will be done in early morning hours or any other time that suits the guests. The host will not be present unless guests ask for any kind of support.
