PLEASE NOTE: Due to owner request and insurance compliance, we cannot accept bookings from any guests that plan to bring children under the age of 5 years old due to the proximity of the Little Indio Fishhouse to the river. Dog policy This home may allow one dog under 50 lb with a pet fee, and managers written approval. Dog must not be left unattended in the home, they must be in a crate. There will be an additional pet fee of $35 per night applied to the reservation. Pet fee must be paid in full prior to your arrival. We ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in any beds. Dog must be approved in writing by MVP to be on the premises. We do not allow any pit bull, rottweiler or doberman breeds. No cats We charge a cleaniing and linen fee and also a damage protection waiver to each guest For Airbnb guests they combine the cleaning and linen fee with the damage fee and it is all under the cleaning fee As part of your booking process with us, please be aware that all guests are required to sign and return a rental agreement provided by MVP Vacation Homes.
