Quiet neighborhood for walks or runs, access to walking trails and conservation land. Nearby parachute jumping school if you want to take a daring first jump too as my most recent guest did! My horse is stabled at lovely private dressage facility on edge of extensive trail filled state park and is happy to have a visitor with carrots in hand. Pick your own produce farms a few miles away. Visiting downtown Portsmouth for historical, art and fine dinning is not to be missed as well as beaches and mountains.
