You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 2nd floor. This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age. We do our best to keep the interior clean and fresh. Austin does have bugs, especially when it is hot. We do regular pest control. If you do see anything, let us know, and we can have someone come out. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. You'll be provided with basic amenities when you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply needs to be purchased on your own, especially for longer stays. We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish. Note: As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may not work properly or only cool down to a certain temperature, but rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance for safety purposes. To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
