The space Because we like what we do, we try to learn and improve in every shared experience with travelers communicating basically in Spanish, English and Italian. We are very grateful if you think that our house can be your home in Santa Clara if you are with family, friends, couples or traveling alone or alone, looking for privacy or exchanging with Cuban reality. The construction structure allows these options because if people know each other they have the whole house and if not, it is like two independent apartment-type rooms each with its terrace on the second level. We do not have luxuries but if cleaning, fresh sheets and towels are provided with gel or soap and sanitary paper. The rooms have: - 1 bedroom bed (200cmx140cm) and 1 single bed (200cmx90). -Private bathroom with hot and cold water on 24 hours a day. - Modern air conditioning and fan. - Safety box. -TV -220v/110v. - Natural light. - Kitchen . -Terrace. Before you deliver your rented space you will receive the welcome cocktail which can be a natural fruit juice, or a tea, or a delicious Cuban coffee totally free without importing your arrival time; we will also give you the map of the city and if you want we will explain the main sites of historical and cutural interest, those that are easily accessible by the privileged location we are in.Lame we will explain our services that are not obligatory but if we do it with pleasure, as we just want to smile haha. Guest access Given the construction style of our house, travelers will have access to all parts of it as they are two apartments equipped in the same way with kitchen,bathroom,terrace,and a living room that would be common for the two apartments. In our accommodation we can organize excursions to all the historical and recreational places, as well as taxi,laundry,breakfast,brunch(in case the client needs it for some excursion)lunch,dinner,massages(by a professional), Spanish and salsa lessons. The aforementioned services are not included in the room price. Other things to note The house has smoking space. Street parking available. Indoor paid parking. And if you come by bike it stays in the family home.
