The space The apartment has been designed by the free spirited owner and is ready to serve its free spirited guests! It is located on a very authentic and old street where there is TV show and movie filming happening frequently. The neighborhood is very safe and tourist friendly. It has 2 bedrooms, a cozy and comfortable living room with a comfy sofa and a wide workspace, a fully renovated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a big hall with the second workspace. Each bedroom has a full bed, a nightstand, a mirror, a closet and/or wardrobe for clothes. The apartment gets nice sunlight in the afternoon until the sun goes down. Wifi is accessible and fast (54 mbps) throughout the apartment. There is colorful lighting installed in the apartment that is available for your use during the stay. There is bus stop at the end of the street (2 mins away) where you can take the local bus to the city center (Taksim) You’ll also have access to the main public transportation of the city (Marmaray) with 9 mins walking which you can travel around the city with. (Kazlicesme stop) There are local shops, supermarkets, butcher, organic food shops etc. where you can shop cheap but in high quality. There is a fish market (famous Samatya) and kebab/sea food restaurants within 15 mins walking distance. Famous Kennedy Avenue and boardwalk by the water are within 10 mins walking distance. Free parking is available right outside on the street. There is also 7/24 paid parking within 2 blocks. Guest access Guests will be accessing the apartment fully but there are some rules of this apartment. - No shoes indoors. (Turkish tradition:)) - No smoking (only available on the balcony) - No pets. - Check-in available after 1PM. - Check-out is at 1PM. - Quiet hours after 12AM Upon on your arrival you will be greeted in the apartment and handed the keys.
