Our beach home sits over the green on the 2nd hole of a luxury resort! Close to the beach with great views and restaurants galore, this family-friendly resort is replete with activities, arts and culture. You’ll love our home because of the beautiful location, gracious support staff and endless variety of things to do. Our place is great for families of any age! The space This is a penthouse condo so you sit up above the jungle overlooking the 2nd hole of the 18 hole golf course close to the green with a beautiful lanai complete with a large hot tub. The ocean is visible on the horizon and the two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms ensuite. There is a small but well-stocked kitchen with place settings for four and a large refrigerator/freezer for those who wish to cook for themselves. Guest access Guests are free to explore the entire condo as they please. Other things to note There are multiple shuttles that visit the condo location (Casa Quetzal or Residencial Quetzal) and from the main lobby at Sian Ka'an, one can access shuttles to all the other locations in the resort. There is a reserved beach for families staying at the condos and very family friendly resort called Coba where there is a water park for kids up to age 8-10 COVID UPDATE Sian Kaan has now re-opened (November of 2021) and is available for pools with an all inclusive bracelet purchased in their lobby. There is a single shuttle that operates during the high season (Route 12) that connects the residences with the Kay Beach Club and each other. There are other shuttles that access the other resorts inside of Tulum Country Club (formerly Bahia Principe").
