Snowden Grove Amphitheater, Baseball Park & Landers Center are less than 5 miles away w/ tons of shopping & restaurants on the way. Tanger Outlet malls are less than a 5 minute drive. If Memphis is your interest, we are less than 10 minutes from the Memphis airport & 14 miles to Downtown. The space Connected living spaces and private bedrooms. Just inside the front door you’ll walk through the spacious dining area to French doors that frame the modern kitchen. You’ll find all you need to prepare and host a meal or just brew a cup of locally roasted coffee (provided at check-in). The kitchen has fully updated appliances, including washer & dryer in the hallway closet, and provides convenient seating at the counter. The shared living space is partially open to the kitchen. Natural light fills the space from large windows in the cozy reading nook (which is stocked with board games and a few toys to keep all ages entertained). Stepping off the living room there’s an open doorway to the connected sleeping/lounge area providing a daybed with trundle. From this space you can access the fully fenced backyard. The living space, with stunning hearth and fireplace (lit by LED candles), features a 65’ smart TV with Roku guest mode that let’s you access all your entertainment apps while you’re away and ensure you’ll be logged out on your checkout date. The central hub of the home, this space is styled to be comfortable and relaxing but also accessible (& kid-friendly for those who require it). The hallway next to the large hearth leads to the master bedroom with en-suite, two guest rooms and the guest bath. On the opposite side of the house there are two additional, private sleeping areas. Off of the kitchen, you’ll find a cozy, private sleeping nook in the sunroom, with twin daybed and trundle. Doors in that room lead into the fenced area of the backyard. And just inside the front door, turning away from the dining room, the fifth private bedroom has a modern minimalist style and queen size bed. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished with clean, fluffy white linens, light-blocking curtains, and access to plenty of outlets for charging all the things! Charcoal grill and tools provided. Coffee maker is a traditional style 12 cup brewer. Pack-n-play and high chair can be provided upon request. Please inquire if there’s anything not listed that you may need.
