This house is located on Sunset BLVD with a spacious & bright living room & dining area. A lavishly spacious kitchen with granite counter tops. They are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed with access to a private porch, back yard, a shower & tub with his and hers granite sink countertop to give you that luxurious feel. Come relax & unwind in paradise. The space Only the bedrooms have air-condition. Please consider before booking. Please don't forget to read and abide by the house rules provided. Booking with Presidential Paradise in Nevis you are agreeing to all terms and conditions pertaining to house rules and regulations. Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, front and back yard. Other things to note No smoking allowed inside a fee of $250.00 USD will be charged if smoke INSIDE of the house. You are allowed to smoke only OUTSIDE of the house. No unregistered guests allowed a $50.00 UDS fee will be charged per night for unregistered guest. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $75.00 USD.
