The Hotel is located in the Northside Residential Historic District, placing it on the National Register of Historic Places in Cascade County. You'll love the proximity to down town and the numerous shops and activities therein. The space The kitchen, which is newly remodeled and well appointed, has all of the basic necessities and more. There is an efficient dining space with collapsible sides to offer a smaller or larger table area. Newly mounted microwaves and kitchen carts offer space for the provided Keurig, food prep, and storage for your groceries. Have the option to save money by eating in, or walk to the many restaurants downtown Great Falls has to offer! The bedroom has privacy shades, a memory foam mattress, comfortable bedding, a bedside lamp with a charging station and closet space for a long stay. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating, and a 55” big screen smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Local Channels. The secured building and apartment within will be accessed with a smart lock using your own individual code. Enjoy blazing-fast internet with your own individual wifi network. Perfect for streaming or remote work needs. The bathroom is clean and organized with space for your belongings. There is also a bathtub/shower combo for soaking. Guest access Guests can enter through the front or back of the building and proceed to their rented suites. There is also guest access to the common areas such as laundry and vending. Outside, there is a provided picnic table as well as an option for mail service for extended stays. Other things to note To afford you as much space as possible for your own personal items, we do provide an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer only upon request. Please let us know if you would like those items placed in your unit prior to your arrival! Please also reach out if you need any additional items during your stay to be comfortable. Because this building is host to multiple guests, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum both day and night. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the building but there are designated smoking areas outside. Pets under 30 pounds must be approved and subject to an additional fee. They must be on a leash when outside of the room, and pets are permitted only on the level of the reserved unit. No Pets on furniture or in beds please. A pet deposit may be required. Animal waste is the responsibility of the pet owner. A $50 cleaning fee may be applied if the waste is not disposed of properly. AC is provided June through September, but taken out during the colder months. We have worked out some parking for our guests in the gravel lot off the alley behind the building. This is convenient because parking can be hard downtown. We ask that guests limit their use to one vehicle within the parking area. Please do not park large trucks or vehicles in the lot. Please also be careful entering and exiting the lot, as we do not have control over the maintenance of the connecting alley. For additional security and peace-of-mind for our guests that love our downtown location, the exterior of the building is monitored with cameras as are the hallways, landings and laundry room. The unit reserved will have a similar floor plan as the one pictured, and will be similarly decorated. However, color schemes and appliances may vary.
