Access to the unit is done through a smart-lock located on the door, the access code is sent to you through your booking channel. Guests will have access to a parking spot outside in the private parking lot (please note - parking pas is REQUIRED to utilize private lot). Other things to note If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250.
