Welcome to our cozy house in a beautiful village near Batumi! We are happy to offer you rest in comfortable conditions, only 5 minutes of walking from the sea. The space At your service there is a first floor of the villa, with a separate entrance. The house has two bedrooms (two double beds). The living room has a large sofa, a rocking chair, a cozy dining area, a full-fledged kitchen, a shower room, and a toilet. Guest access We have a large swimming pool with great filtration system and our own sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy the warm sun. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dryers, free WiFi. The house is made in a modern style, new renovation. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy stunning mountain views. There are shops, a pharmacy and an exchange office next to the house, so you can always buy everything you need, restaurants and cafes are nearby. There is a terrace on which you will have complete privacy due to the location of the house. There is an air condition in the living room to help you stay cool on hot days. Other things to note Gonio Fortress is only a two minute walk from the house, and thanks to the fact that the house is in an alley, it is very quiet and peaceful, there is no through traffic. There are no train tracks nearby and parking is closed.
