BREAKFAST NOT ALLOWED DUE TO COVID SITUATION. My apartment is in a quiet and scenic community. Every area of my apt is maintained and kept very tidy. Kitchen (NOT ALLOWED DUE TO COVID SITUATION). Cooking not allowed. Bathroom:Clean and spotless. Bed arrangement: Queen sized air mattress,sheets&pillow covers, &blankets. Smart TV&no cable. Can’t host people who are smokers/vapers of tobacco/nicotine products (THAT’S A VERY STRICT NO). The space It’s a one bedroom apartment. A comfortable bed and blankets are provided for the air mattress in the living room. My apartment consists of one bed room (I use), a huge living room, dining area, spacious kitchen and spotless bathroom. Guest access You can access: 1. Bathroom (with soap, shampoo, conditioner, a body moisturizer and basic amenities in the bathroom). Please ask if you need blow dryer etc. 2. Kitchen: Toaster, microwave, plates and silver, refrigerator (with freezer) to store your food. Cooking on stove is not allowed. 3. Dining room: Dining table for your meal 4. Living room: Air Bed for your sleep and couches to sit on, smart TV access (no cable though, I am not a regular TV person) 5. Rest of anything, if required: Can be discussed further. 6. Bedroom: for my use. Access not allowed. Other things to note I keep my place very clean. Hence, I am looking to host guests who are clean and keep things tidy around my place. Anything you use, need to be left in the same condition. Bathroom is always provided to you in a spotless condition. So, I am looking for the guests who can leave it in a clean condition after use as well, like not leaving the hair in the drain, picking up after themselves etc.
