We have a self-check-in process and smart lock with password access, we will send you code 30 minutes before your arrival. Inform your host check-in time 24 hours before arrival time. Send us a softcopy of all the guest name and government issued ID for each adult guest in the unit for Guest Authorization Form (GAF) from Admin purpose. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTION 1. The check-out time is at 12 NN. If you haven’t left the room by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $20. (We need time to get the room ready for our next guests, so please be considerate of check-out times 2. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind and log out of your Netflix or HBO. 3. Turn off all the lights and the AC. 5. Make sure all the windows are shut. You are requested to submit your Valid ID as soon as your booking is confirmed. so we can provide you the approved GAF for a smooth check in. We would like to inform our guests of the following, by booking you are acknowledging the following: Rebooking requests will only be granted if requested at least 3 DAYS ahead of the check-in date. For bookings made that have less than 3 DAYS of lead time before check-in date, rebooking should be requested at least 24 hours from the check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any requests for any rebooking without prior notice. Our refund policy is Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
