The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment for guest use. Unusually, the dividing wall between the bedroom can be closed or opened depending on your needs and preferences. Most guests leave it open for a greater feeling of spaciousness and ease of access into the living area. Situated at the end of Clara Street, this building is close to Toorak Road and CHapel Street as well as being just a few minutes walk from the nearest shopping centre where you'll find shops like Woolworths, BWS, Priceline and Big W. South Yarra train station is also just five minutes walk away giving direct access to the city centre and other Melbourne suburbs. Free wireless internet is included for guest use and all streaming services are available on the tv for you to log in with your own account. Allocated underground parking is included for one vehicle. Height limit of 2.2m. Bookings for Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum 4 night stay. Any instant-book bookings that do not comply with this will need to be cancelled. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment. No one else will be using the apartment. Other things to note As this is a luxury building with discerning residents the no party rule is strictly enforced and in the event any noise complaints are received as a result of guest actions the booking will be terminated immediately with guests expected to vacate there and then. All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 2 people as booked (note one bath towel per person) along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days. Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.
