This A Frame has been restored to it's 70s potential but updated with yellow solid surface counters, Heath Tile and slate bathroom with radiant heat flooring, and Reform cabinets. The breathtaking view did not need a restoration. The house is situated on 30 acres including 3 meadows and wide grassy walking paths. It is up against state land which makes it very peaceful. The space Enter the house into the slate floored mud room, my friend Ben made the bench. The bathroom is on the right and features radiant heat slate floors and heath tile shower. Straight ahead is the open plan kitchen with beautiful yellow solid surface counter tops which opens up to the living room. The center piece of the room is a woodburning stove and THE VIEW. The cedar porch is brand new and is furnished with Loll recycled milk jug furniture and is a perfect morning reading and coffee spot. Back in the house there is a ladder to climb upstairs. Behind the ladder is the built in refrigerator + coffee niche. To the left is the main bedroom with a full sized bed and antique pine dresser. Up the ladder is a landing that leads to the other bed space. This bed space does not have a door but is still very private due to how it is situated upstairs. This bed is also full sized. Across from the bed with a picture window view of the valley is a desk space. The house has powerful wifi, bluetooth speakers, and ACs. Guest access The whole house is available. Other things to note The neighbors are really friendly and help with the upkeep. Wave at them if you see them.
