The space Upstairs there are 2 parents' bedrooms with king size beds of 200x180cm each en-suite bathroom in the room, a children's room with 2 single beds of 200x90cm, as well as another children's room with 2 beds 200x140cm + 200x80cm (all beds can also be put together). Both children's rooms are equipped with TVs. In the hallway there is another separate bathroom for the upper floor. Overall, the villa all has air-conditioned rooms as well as insect protection nets on all doors and windows. The basement consists of a big living/dining room with TV, modern kitchen, another bathroom for the lower floor, a couch seating group and a big terrace with additional dining table seating in MALO-KRIVO design with a spectacular view of the sea as well as beautiful sunsets and the Velebit mountains! Outside, relax comfortably in the luxurious 7x3m RGB, heated/cooling pool with Cobra waterfall and an adorable view of the bay of Ljubački! The disinfection of the pool water is done by electrolysis in the engine room – no chlorine smell or an unpleasant feeling of skin. In the pool area there are 8 loungers for you, a swing chair, a barbecue hut with fireplace, a pretty bar counter with ship bell, kitchenette with fridge and everything you need for grilling. Of course, an open fire pit and summer shower are a must in the pool area. An outdoor toilet with sink is very close. An impressively lit garden with Mediterranean plants greets an impressively lit garden. Guest access The villa has 3 private parking in the yard, which can be shot down at night. Parking on the open street is also possible. Other things to note - Possibility to moor your boat in the small harbor (almost right outside the front door) for free (max. Draft 60 cm).
