Sorry, no cats allowed at this time. ➖REGISTER ALL GUESTS: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. ➖PARKING: Free parking for up to 5 cars; 4 in the large driveway and 1 in the garage. Garage opener is located on the wall within the laundry room. Per city rules, please do not park on the streets. ➖WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wifi with a spacious and comfortable desk, adjustable ergonomic chair and laptop stand. ➖QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: We are in a very quiet residential neighborhood with amazing neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ➖SMOKING: Thank you for not smoking indoors or in the pool area ($300 fine). You may smoke on the front porch. ➖We partner with Superhog for our guest screening process. The Superhog application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation.
