The heated pool is just a few steps away and available only to Placida Beach Condo guests and owners. The ferry and boat dock offers great fishing and sea life viewing. For your days at the beach, under the unit in our storage area, we have beach chairs, a paddle board, beach toys, masks, snorkels and towels, as well as a beach umbrella and pop-up canopy and a wagon to easily transport everything. Bringing your own boat? Island dockage is available for a minimal fee paid directly to the HOA (22' max length). Other things to note This unit has undergone a full remodel. Almost everything is fresh and new. The island is getting back to normal after hurricane Ian in 2022 and regular guests are already booking their favorite spots for '24 and '25.
