There is only one restaurant on the island and no gas stations, grocery stores, hospitals, etc. The only establishments on this island are houses and one restaurant. Amazon and other companies don't ship to this island. This house is only accessible by the Palm Island Ferry. The ferry runs between the following hours: Sunday - Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. The ferry fee is $55 per round trip. There is no access on or off the island outside of the above hours. 2 dog(s), weighing 35lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
