Very spacious, perfect for corporate retreats, family & friend get togethers. The space Enter the iron gates, cross the concrete bridge that leads you across beautiful Snow Creek! The lovely spring fed pond is to the left, and has waterside seating. The newly built cabin is all wood inside and out! It’s very spacious with an open design perfect for get togethers, as well as corporate retreats! The spacious porch has rockers, and a great view of the 1 acre pond. As you enter into the main room, the large master bedroom is to the right, with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, a 55” Roku smart tv with streaming, lots of channels, and a bow flex elliptical, and weight bands, so you don’t have to miss your workouts. Attached is a large bathroom with antique claw foot tub and tile shower. The large main room is the kitchen, bar/stools, dining table/chairs, 62” Roku smart tv with streaming. sectional sofa, that pulls out to a full size bed, a trundle daybed that is 2 twin size beds. The second bedroom has 1 king size bed, also an attached bathroom with tub/tile shower combo. The laundry room is to the left of the big room. The attached garage isn’t accessible. The fire pit and grilling area are out back, and a favorite hang out spot! Feel free to explore, hike, ride your ATVs on the trails. A volleyball court is by the house, and has nighttime LED changing lights. There is also badminton, and lighted corn hole, and horse shoes as well. There is a raft and a float, a fishing pole, and a kayak. ATV/hiking trails along the top of the hills with a spectacular mountain view. Lots of board games, and Roku smart tv with lots of channels and streaming such as Netflix. Enjoy the peaceful outdoors, and/or work from here with high super high speed internet. Fire pit with provided wood, small tabletop Blackstone grill out back with provided propane.The house is Door Dash & Instacart deliverable. Guest access Enjoy exploring the whole farm, the creek, the mountain trails, pond, volleyball court, and more! We live on the property, 1,000 feet up the hill, up the driveway, and cannot be seen from the cabin. The cabin is completely private. Other things to note The natural spring water feeds the house and pond, so, in the second bedroom, you can hear the pump (while running water), so, there is a spa sound machine with several sound settings, for a perfect night’s sleep. Events are allowed, but must be approved by me before booking. Event fees may apply.
