Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. Other things to note All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) and camera outside of front door. Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund. Max occupancy at all times is 7 (6 Adults Max) violation will result in removal without refund. Max 2 Pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person.
