The kitchen features quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking delicious meals. It also features a bar with 4 barstools for extra dining space and a table with 4 chairs. In the living room, there is plenty of seating with a loveseat and a queen pull-out sofa sleeper that offers an additional spot to rest at night. The living area also features a 65-inch smart TV. The back door leads out to our porch where you can enjoy your favorite drink while you chat about the day's plans. In the master bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed as well. The guest bathroom is in the hallway featuring a tub/shower combo. Guest access Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure during your time in Auburn, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! When you’re not touring campus, take a stroll along Tommer’s Street and West Magnolia Avenue where you will find numerous dining destinations, as well as souvenir shops and clothing boutiques. This condo is only an 11-minute walk to Toomer’s Corner and is a great place to stay for graduation, school visits, Auburn Football, Auburn Basketball, Auburn Baseball or to take in a couple rounds of golf at the Robert Trent Jones Grand National Golf Course. Other things to note * NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras (front and back doors), facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. * AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. * PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 2 reserved parking spots. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. * WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one travel size bottle of shampoo/conditioner/lotion per bathroom, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras. * ABSOLUTELY NO PETS * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING * CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible. * CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM.
