The space In the countryside, at the waterfront where the Salleron River flows, this is where our cottage with a capacity of 12 people awaits you. St Maixent is a very old place in the municipality of Haims where you can find archives dating back to the Middle Ages with its chapel and mill. All the buildings form a very spacious and grassed square courtyard. A very large garden with swings makes it the children's playground. Le Tout à la Fois consists of a studio labeled PMR for 2 people and a large house for 10. Perfectly suited for grandparents, children and grandchildren who wish to meet or for families with a disabled person. The studio is composed of a kitchenette area, sleeping area with a 1 bed of 160 and its TV. A bathroom with shower, sink and PMR toilet. The studio is connected to the large cottage by a small PMR path. On the ground floor of the house, you enter the large kitchen overlooking the open living room. PMR access with PMR toilet at this level. On the 1st floor: A large landing serves a bedroom with a 160 bed with a shower room and private toilet then a second bedroom with a 2 beds, a 160 and a 90 bedroom with a bathroom, bathtub plus shower and private toilet. On the 2nd floor a second large reading landing overlooks two very cozy bedrooms under the attic with exposed frame. One with a 160 bed, the other we call the small dorm is furnished with three 90 beds. Shared bathroom and independent toilet on this floor. Depending on the season, you will be surrounded by cereal crops and also beautiful limo cows in the pastures.
