The space FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS * SECURITY DEPOSIT. Airbnb nor I will take any money as a security deposit from you unless I file a claim within 48hrs after you check out. Please take care of my house as if it was your own. If you brake anything or anything is to become missing you will be responsible for it. Take care of the house and its content. HOW DO I ACCESS THE HOUSE: There is no key needed. Keyless entry. I will give your personal code the day of your stays. * WHERE ARE THE BEDROOMS? All the bedrooms are on the main floor. * HOW MANY BEDS AND WHAT SIZE? The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, 3rd bedroom Queen size beds. * IS THE HOUSE IN A QUIET AREA? yes, no neighbors around. Property sits on almost 3 acres and its on the water, so you will hear the ocean waves more than anything. * ARE THERE RESTAURANTS NEAR BY? There are a few local bars which serve food and a supermarket in town. * HOW DO I GET TO THE ISLAND? There are 2 shuttle companies that bring people to the island. Guest access The entire house will be available for the use of the guests. Other things to note This house sleeps up to 6 guess as it has 3 bedrooms with beds. How ever, it was a big sofa which can sleep one or 2 but I don't advertise this. Up to you. There are no cars on the island. Only golf carts which can be rented in down town. I do have 2 golf carts that you can use but a fee is required. A fee of $40 per day each (honor systems) advice me and I will give you access to garage. Leave the money on the table. We will provide linen and bathroom towels. Bring your own beach towels. Washer and dryer, no TV cable or internet is provided. I will not be present during your stay but accessible by phone or text any time. Extra Cleaning service available upon request and paid separately.
