This property features a quick 10 minute ride to some of South Carolina’s best beaches as well as a 2 minute drive to one of the best boat landings on the island. The space The master has a king bed and private full bath. The guest room has a queen bed and third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle. These 2 rooms have a full bath to share. The spacious open concept gives the kitchen full view into the living room so guests can easily converse while preparing meals. A workspace is also set up in the living room area so you can catch up on any work items you may need to take care of. The front porch over looks the main parts of the property while the back offers a more serene experience overlooking the live oaks, our garden, and fire pit area. The property is fenced in with a gate - gate is manually opened. There is plenty of parking for boats if you opt to bring yours, with a fresh water wash down and fish cleaning station. Our property also offers an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach before heading inside! Plenty of room for all! Guest access Guests will have access to the back 2 acres and entire house. The back area has a cozy fire pit, large screened in porch, fish cleaning station, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand away quickly before heading inside! Other things to note We try to keep all outlets covered with baby covers as we have a small child. If you remove the cover please replace it upon checking out. Many of our bottom cabinets are baby proofed if we do not frequently use them. There are instructions on opening those cabinets in the binder on the desk. *More frequently used cabinets do not have the baby locks on them.*
