It can host up to five people comfortably. It is not suitable for people with disabilities. The RV is large, spacious, and is modern and minimalistic. Includes toiletries and hygiene items (soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper, and tissues). Families are welcome with children sharing the same bed. There is plenty of space for parking cars. Guest access: Access through the Gates the east side of the lot. Other things to note: Chickens and Rooster near RV. Our main house is spaced from the travel home. We are near enough to help with anything you need and far enough to allow you to enjoy your privacy. Guest access For your convenience and as a courtesy there's bottled water, coffee, tea, and a microwave. You may be welcomed with a batch of fresh eggs straight from the farm to enjoy on your first day stay depending on availability. Other things to note Please not that this is a small farm and there are farm animals on premises. Chickens and goats may be roaming the area, and crowing may be heard throughout. This may include smells, sounds, and nuisances. There is also irrigation on a semi /weekly basis to keep our grass green and may cause small flooding in the parking space for a few hours. RV requires gas tank for stove, water heater, and heat. Full gas tank will be provided at check in and one gas tank (For Longer stays Only) to be provided by host . Guest is responsible to monitor the usage. Host can help with assistance if needed but will need to be notified at time of check-in.
