Welcome to our neck of the woods. With over 1700+ sq. ft. and vaulted ceilings, this guesthouse has a spacious and open feel. There is room for up to 10 guests. Please give an accurate guest count when booking. (It is an extra $25 per person per day over 6 guests. You will be charged accordingly) There is room for up to 3 vehicles (trailers or boats count as 1 vehicle each) There is a $25 per night per extra vehicle that is not pre approved. The space Make yourself at home. There is a washer and dryer for laundry needs. The kitchen offers many appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items are all included. There are stools and a folding table and chairs for larger groups. The master suite has a sitting area, dresser, exercise bike, California king bed, closet, fireplace heater, smart tv, and a pack and play for small children. The master bathroom is attached and has a garden tub and shower. The living room has a smart tv with Netflix and a bluray player. (A selection of DVDs included) There is a small deck with a table and chairs and obstructed views of the lake. A second living room offers leather couches and a place to relax and visit. There is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first guest room has 2 twin beds and a futon that converts to a bed. The second guest room has a queen bed and a closet and small dresser. The third guest room has a queen bed and a closet and small dresser. There is a bbq outside for use. Guest access A private guesthouse. Separate entry and no shared entrance with the basement. Other things to note We are unfortunately unable to offer use of our HOA dock right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
