The space ❤ OUR HOUSE The house is a comfortable 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood near Tudek Park, sleeping 8-9 people. Cozy up in our nice linens with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, plus full living room, kitchen, dining, and full laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. ➔ Split level floor plan with 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bed and half bath on the lower floor adjacent to a big private backyard. ➔ The driveway will accommodate 4 cars for off street parking. ➔ A large private backyard with outdoor furniture, fire pit and a relaxing hammock nestled under large bush, creating the perfect space for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. Guest access ❤ All parts of the home except for a storage space in unfinished basement. Other things to note BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE HOUSE RULES. - Thank you! ➔ Pricing is based on single house occupancy. There is a $35 extra fee per guest after 6 guests. For local ordinances, please provide an accurate guest count. ➔ Only registered guests are allowed. Non registered guests are not allowed on the property. Any violation will results in a fine of $100 person/night. ➔ No smoking/vaping inside. If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. ➔ No events or parties. Please respect the neighbors, no loud music after 9:30PM. If a wild party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately. ➔ PETS. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $150 pet fee per stay. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following: 1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised, no markings, etc. 2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture, bed, couch, table etc. 3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel. 4. Please pick up dogs poopies on the backyard. 5. Please note our cleaners will charge extra cleaning if dog waste indoor is not picked up or accidents on furniture. 6. We don't provide crate or kennel, please bring your own. Thank you!
