This A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, an outdoor patio, two living areas, and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking or biking to Callaway Gardens. Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. This is an old rustic house. If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods. The space The A Frame is three stories. You enter on the main floor which has a large living space, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom, one bathroom and a large deck with an outdoor table for eating and an outdoor sitting area. The floor above the main floor is a mezzanine with two twin beds, board games, kids toys, puzzles and more. The floor below the main floor has a living area with a TV, access to an outdoor sitting area (being remodeled), a bathroom and two bedrooms. There is one TV in the house currently and access to Netflix (no cable). Child friendly, but not child/toddler/infant-proof. Guest access All areas of the house are available for guests to use. Please be courteous as this is our house, and we hope you can treat it as your own. Other things to note Please note: no parties. We are in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Quiet time must be observed after 10pm, meaning no loud music or talking loud outside. See house tile below. VERY IMPORTANT: House rules: No pets (including service animals) No smoking anywhere on property No parties No drugs No guests that are not on reservation No FIREWORKS! Quiet time after 10pm Breaking any house rule will result in a $200 fee and cancellation of the stay without refund. We want all our guests to enjoy our place and have a wonderful experience, but unfortunately, recent incidents have resulted in a security deposit, as well as a stress of these specifics. We welcome kids of all ages, but there are stairs to the basement and a mezzanine with a wide railing, and children should not be left anywhere unattended. There is a security camera outside facing the driveway. Do not taper with, disconnect, or touch the camera. this is for our security as well as yours. there are no other cameras of any type. We are working on replacing the flooring and repainting.
