Note: breakfast is not included but there are nice places to dine closeby. The space The Zen room is on the third floor of our Victorian home, there are six guest rooms each with private bathroom, we also live on the first floor and always available to help or assist during your stay at Smythe House. note: our living space is separate from the Inn and guests enter through the front door into the foyer and lobby where there is a kuerg station and stairs to second and third floors with guest rooms.
